Can you install additional components?
Yes. We can help with compatible components such as memory, drives and controllers, subject to the product and agreed build.
Can you install software or an operating system?
Discuss the software, version, licensing and installation requirements with us. We’ll confirm what can be supported and what you need to provide.
Can you apply firmware or network settings?
Firmware updates and basic IP configuration can be included for suitable equipment. Supply the approved versions and settings for review.
Can devices be asset tagged?
Asset tagging can be included in the agreed work. Confirm the label format, data and whether you will supply the labels.
Can you repeat the same setup across multiple units?
Yes, where the equipment and scope support it. Agree a baseline and any exceptions before the batch is prepared.
What testing is included?
The checks depend on the equipment and configuration. Agree the test scope and required reports as part of the quote.
