Asset Management

KEEP TRACK OF THE DETAIL

From labels to locations, keep the equipment and the information moving together.

A clearer view of every deployment

The larger the rollout, the easier it is for small details to drift. Which unit goes to which site? What needs labelling? What information will the customer need when it arrives?

EO helps resellers organise the equipment and supporting detail around a deployment. We agree the identification, records and handover requirements early, helping you keep control as the project moves.

Every unit. A clearer destination.

WHAT CAN WE HELP WITH?

From labels to locations, keep the equipment and the information moving together.

HOW IT WORKS

Start with the information the customer will actually use. We’ll help agree how it should connect to the equipment and the deployment plan.

CLARITY THROUGHOUT

DEFINE THE RECORD

Share the asset list, required fields, label format and allocation rules. Identify who will maintain the records after handover.

MATCH KIT TO PLAN

We work through the agreed identification and preparation requirements alongside configuration and logistics.

HAND OVER THE DETAIL

Confirm the records, delivery information and exceptions so the customer knows what has been supplied and where it belongs.

Clear records. Fewer loose ends.

GOOD RECORDS START BEFORE DELIVERY

An asset register is only useful when it reflects the equipment people actually receive. Gathering the right information early can make deployment, support and later replacement easier to coordinate.

EO helps with the practical preparation around that handover. That might mean asset tags, serial information or clear allocation instructions for a phased rollout. We agree the fields and format around your customer’s process.

This is support for the project’s equipment and records. If you need ongoing discovery, monitoring or a managed asset platform, discuss that separately so the responsibilities are clear.

Identify it.
Allocate it.
Keep the detail with it.

Asset Management FAQs

The practical details, before you get started.

What does asset management support include?

Support is scoped around the equipment and deployment. It can include identification, asset tagging and the information needed for allocation and handover.

Can you apply our customer’s asset labels?

Discuss the label design, numbering scheme and placement requirements with us. We’ll confirm whether labels are supplied by you or included in the quote.

Can you help capture serial numbers?

Serial information can form part of the agreed records. Confirm the fields, equipment and output format before preparation starts.

Can equipment be allocated to different sites?

Yes, subject to the project plan. Supply a clear allocation list with quantities, destinations and delivery requirements.

Can you work with our asset register?

Share the required fields and file format. We’ll agree what information can be provided for your team to import or maintain.

Is this an ongoing monitoring service?

Ongoing device monitoring or automated discovery is not assumed within deployment support. Tell us if that is part of the requirement so it can be assessed separately.

Can this be combined with configuration?

Yes. Identification and records can be planned alongside suitable configuration, testing and delivery services.

What happens when the allocation changes?

Tell us as early as possible. We’ll review the impact on labelling, preparation, records and delivery before making agreed changes.

What do you need to scope the work?

Send the product list, quantities, destinations, label requirements, record format and timetable. Include any customer rules that affect handling or handover.

MORE KIT. MORE SITES. MORE TO TRACK?

Bring us the deployment plan. We’ll help keep the equipment and the detail working together.

Good people. Practical support.
One less thing for you to worry about.
