Installation Services

FROM DELIVERY TO DONE

When the project needs more than a box at the door, EO helps arrange the right support on site.

Give installation its place in the plan

Equipment arriving is one milestone. Getting it into position, connected and handed over is another. Access, site readiness and the people doing the work all need to line up.

EO helps resellers arrange installation and engineering support around the requirement and location. Involve us early and we’ll help turn the practical details into a clear scope.

Let’s get the job over the line.

WHAT CAN WE HELP WITH?

When the project needs more than a box at the door, EO helps arrange the right support on site.

HOW IT WORKS

A useful installation plan covers the work and the conditions needed to carry it out. We help identify both before anyone arrives on site.

CLARITY THROUGHOUT

SHARE THE SITE BRIEF

Send the equipment list, site locations, required tasks and target dates. Tell us about access restrictions and business-critical windows.

AGREE THE VISIT

We confirm the available support, scope, responsibilities and site prerequisites with you.

INSTALL & HAND OVER

The agreed work is carried out, with completion details and any outstanding actions handed back through the agreed process.

From arrival to handover. With the detail covered.

THE SITE DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

An installation can be delayed by something as simple as missing access, an unavailable contact or a power connection that is not ready. Those details deserve the same attention as the hardware specification.

EO helps you work through the scope and arrange suitable support. Be clear about any configuration, migration or commissioning needed: these are separate tasks that should be included explicitly if the project requires them.

With responsibilities and prerequisites agreed, your team can give the customer a more realistic plan and a clearer handover.

The right scope.
The site ready.
The next step clear.

Installation Services FAQs

The practical details, before you get started.

What installation work can EO support?

Installation and engineering support can be arranged according to the equipment, tasks and location. Send the brief so we can confirm what is available.

Which locations do you cover?

Coverage depends on the requirement and available resources. Provide the site addresses when asking us to scope the project.

Can you support multiple sites?

Talk to us about the number of sites, sequence and timescale. We’ll help assess the coordination and support needed.

What should the customer prepare?

Requirements depend on the job. Typical points to agree include access, an on-site contact, power, network readiness and permission to carry out the work.

Is configuration included?

Only where it is part of the agreed scope. Configuration before delivery and work on site should be specified separately so nothing is assumed.

Does installation include data migration?

Data migration is not automatically included. Raise it during scoping so the technical requirements, responsibilities and available support can be assessed.

Can visits take place outside normal hours?

Ask about the required time window. Availability and any additional costs must be confirmed before the visit is booked.

How is completion confirmed?

Agree the checks, documentation and sign-off process in advance, including how outstanding actions will be recorded.

Can old equipment be removed at the same time?

Removal and IT asset disposal can be discussed as part of the wider project. They need their own agreed handling and data requirements.

GOT A SITE TO GET READY?

Tell us what needs installing, where it needs to happen and when. We’ll help work through the practicalities.

Good people. Practical support.
One less thing for you to worry about.
